As a fresh product, we cannot accept returns, and we do not provide refunds except in the following situations:

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@dohjoy.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition (in and out of the shipping box). We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If you believe there is a quality issue with your product, please email photos and information to hello@dohjoy.com.

We use our product listings and customer reviews to provide an accurate description of the flavor and texture of our products. We publish customer testimonials, good and bad, to demonstrate how our products affect blood glucose and digestion in real people. Everyone responds differently to different foods, so we cannot guarantee positive results for everyone. Therefore, we do not provide refunds. Use your best judgment when purchasing.
