In every batch of bread, there are some loaves that don't meet the usual beauty standard, but are perfect in every other way - weight, nutrition and taste. This generally happens when the dough stiffens more than usual and results in forming improperly in the pan. These loaves simply don't sell well in markets. Rather than discard them, we package them up from time to time and make them available to you, half price.

Each order comes with two loaves of imperfect bread. This could be any combination of varieties; we cannot guarantee a flavor. While supplies last.

Great bread!

I have made 3 orders of Dohjoy bread and I am hooked. I tried the sourdough bread first and loved it. The vanilla bread was excellent and very tasty. Aside from the fact that it does not spike my blood sugar the flavor and texture of the bread has made it my go-to choice.

I’m sorry my review is so late it’s been a crazzy summer!! I found out about you on the Cut the Crap podcast with Beth and Matt. I’m new to listening to them! So I’m binging their episodes. I came across your interview with them. I was super impressed with your story and your operation. So I tried the bread and it’s ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! I was feeling good about my 1st time purchase of 4 loaves. Your interview Julie, was so descriptive and hit all important health requirements for me. Thank you for what you do! This time I received all sourdough bread. The bread was not smashed like my previous order and i was well pleased over all. I really like the 3 seed, vanilla and sourdough last of the breads I order.. all very good bread.

Wonderful Bread

Does not matter whether you get the perfect loaves or the imperfect loaves, it’s great bread! Taste is wonderful and it’s also packed with fiber and protein. I love Dohjoy bread!
