WE'RE CLEARING OUT OUR IMPERFECTS. AFTER THIS, WE WON'T KNOW WHEN THEY'LL BE BACK. TWO PER ORDER. LIMIT 3. In every batch, there are some that come out a little imperfect in some way. Same taste, ingredients and weight, but a bit misshapen, holey, slightly charred or smaller than usual. Our latest batch of Imperfects are mostly under-height loaves - same weight, just denser than usual. Rather than discard these loaves, we accumulate them and, when we have enough, put them on sale, TWO for the price of ONE!
