Each 55g slice contains 10g protein, 16g fiber, 17 total carbs, 0g sugar and just 70 calories per slice. Nearly two pounds in weight, each loaf contains approximately 16 usable slices, great for the heartiest sandwiches, Texas style toast... the options are endless! It turns a basic sandwich into a filling meal and, like all of our breads, it's extremely blood sugar friendly. High protein and an excellent source of fiber.

Ingredients: Resistant Wheat Starch, Water, Wheat Protein Isolate, Sunflower Seeds, Coconut Oil, Sunflower Protein, Yeast, Apple Cider Vinegar, Sea Salt, Diastatic Malt, Monocalcium Phosphate (for Leavening), Cultured Dextrose (Natural Preservative), Guar Gum. CONTAINS: WHEAT.

SHIPPING AND RECOMMENDED STORAGE: All of our products have 10-12 days shelf life from the time they depart our facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays ONLY to help ensure freshness on delivery. Freezing or refrigerating what you don't plan to consume right away is highly recommended.

Doesn’t taste very good

For me i didn’t like this bread . It has literally no flavor even when you toast it and add peanut butter. I was hopeful but it’s a no for me .

My kingdom for a slice of toast!

I was skeptical, but hopeful. Product is a little pricey but worth it for a good slice of toast. Taste was agreeable not fantastic. Texture was a little chewy untoasted, but very good toasted. All in all, I am very pleased with product, shipping it fresh double bagged to be frozen. I finally have found my solution to have toast !!!
