I am a recently diagnosed Type 2 diabetic. Not taking any medications and wearing a Stelo by Dexcom CGM. I have tried ALOT of keto friendly bread over the past few months and this is the best tasting and the best texture so far. The pork chop meal included a salad with tomatoes and croutons, so all the carbs did not come from the delicious roll! The range you see there in green is the normal range for a non-diabetic. I have had another bread that caused a little less rise in blood sugar but it was hideous. This will be my go to when i have to have some bread. The pen chop was with a bakery roll and the eggs were with sour dough bread lightly toasted.

I recently found out that I have T2 Diabetes and have been working really hard to get my sugars under control. I love bread but had given up on it as normal bread causes really big sugar spikes for me. My husband was reading about resistant wheat starch and we found Doh Joy and was excited to try. It has been phenomenal. Not only do I love the taste of all of these breads, but they do not cause any significant spikes in my sugar! This is from last night's dinner. I had a chicken burger with cheese and made a grilled cheese with two slices of the sourdough bread. Before the meal I was at 121, an hour later I went up to about 130ish but by 2 hours later I was back down to 120. I've also tried the dinner rolls and the vanilla wheat and love those both as well (no spikes there either) thank you so much for making such a diabetic friendly bread that actually tastes delicious!!

I had breakfast around 9 am. At about 2pm, I had some roasted broccoli florets. At 2:10 pm I ate 2 slices of toasted three seed bread with peanut butter along with a half of an avocado with salt and lime juice.
At 2:06, my blood sugar was at 133. Over a two hour period after lunch, I peaked at + 17 (150) and then recovered back to 138. That’s pretty amazing. I hope to try the sourdough next!

I did try the rolls, but my system did not handle them as well. Not sure why my sugars shot up with them. No worries - grateful for the three seed bread!

Fasting glucose 82. Breakfast at 5:40am consisted of DohJoy sourdough with half small avocado. Blood sugar tested at 6am = 98. Walked 40 minutes. Checked again at 7:15am=104 and then at 8am=91.
This is the best low carb, high fiber and protein bread I’ve had, especially when toasted.

I am currently on the carnivore diet for the past three months. I haven’t eaten any bread. I ordered a loaf of your bread and was surprised at the freshness and once I consume some, my blood sugar did spike 40 points however, I retested it leaving out a few foods and just concentrated on eggs, bacon, and Dohjoy sourdough bread. I’m happy to report that my blood sugar over three hours rose only 10 points. I do have a question though have you done any studies on the effects of ketone levels with your bread? I did not notice any difference in my ketone levels taken with my breathalyzer. My blood sugar was 122 after a 12 hour fast three hours after I eat the meal with the Dohjoy bread, bacon and eggs with butter on the bread it rose 10 points to 132. On the second test, I cut out the steak. So all is good in my account of your bread except I’m a little concerned about the shipping cost. It cost me $17 to get a loaf of bread.

I ate the bread for breakfast, so it was the first thing I ate of the day. My Blood Sugar was 120 before, and I took it 2 hours after, and it was 85. I ate it at 10:00am. I LOVE this bread, and can’t wait to try the others ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻

Firstly, this bread is a game-changer! I use the dinner rolls for hamburger buns and my blood sugar never spikes. I'd had some protein pretzels about 2 hrs before this meal of a burger with mayo, mustard, sf ketchup, pickles and cheese, Caesar salad and tomatoes. Started at 102 and 2 hrs later was 108. And this bread, all of it, is the BEST keto friendly bread I've ever had!! Thank you!!

T2 diabetic, I wear a CGM. This bread is a God send!! I ate 2 slices for an egg salad sandwich. Just before eating BG was 102. 2 hours after it was 122!! If I had eaten even whole grain bread, I would have been at 200 probably. I am so thankful to have found this product, please don’t ever stop making it!! I haven’t eaten bread in 4 years. This is amazing. Thank you!

I’m diabetic and doing the Unicity protocol and basically eating very very little carbs to heal my body from insulin resistance/ diabetes. This bite of bread was pure Heaven after no bread for 9 weeks!!!
Thank you so much for looking out for over 1/3 of the insulin resistant population!!!
My CGM did not budge from 118!!!

I LOVE your bread. I had not eaten anything 21 hours before meal of 2 slices of Doughjoy, 2 slices of smoked bacon, and slice of Swiss cheese. My blood sugar was 93 before eating. I enjoyed my bacon sandwich!! My blood sugar 2 hours later was 101. I am thrilled!!

Breakfast was a scrambled egg, Canadian bacon and coffee at approximately 9 a.m. At 12:10 pm. I had a grilled tuna sandwich with dohjoy vanilla wheat bread. My bs reading at 12:10 was 114. The time shows 11:10, my monitor hadn't changed to daylight savings time yet. Two hours later my reading was 101!

I’m type II diabetic and have struggled to keep my A1C below 7. I’m trying dirty carnivore way of eating and incorporated this bread to my diet. I had the sourdough type bread with bacon and provolone cheese in the air fryer. Omgoodness it was so good! My BS was 107 when I ate at 10:30 am. I checked it 2 hours later and it was only 115! I’m sooo happy I can eat bread and still keep my BS in range! I hadn’t eaten since the night before at 6:30 (chicken). You have a great product here!

I received my bread about 4:00 ate two pieces with butter and my sugar didn’t raise at all. I’m so happy ! I love bread but being a type one diabetic I thought ship had sailed!!! Thank you for figuring out a way for me to eat bread again!

Hi, I’ve been new to the pre diabetes the last couple of years. My A1C ranges from 5.8 to 6.0 when I get it checked every 6 months. I went from eating dessert after every meal to no sugar/sweets & low carb. Bread & sugar was an adjustment. I really don’t miss sweets nor buns. But bread once & awhile would be nice. I am on my 3rd loaf from Dohjoy. I purchased 2 Stelo biosensors for the next month. Thrilled to say there is no spikes when eating the bread. Thanks Dohjoy! Sandwich ( 3 seed bread) with egg, shredded beef,bacon, cooked cabbage with olive oil; and 1/2 cup of homemade plain yogurt with liquid alullose.

Thank you for embarking on a journey of discovering what is really healthy and works for people who needs a low carb/ sugar diet. Your breads are AMAZING! I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes about 1year ago and the most difficult thing for me has been giving up my daily bread! I don’t have any issues and neither my family! We all love your bread! I tested your product during the time I was wearing a CGM and it didn’t spike my glucose. The amount of fiber is perfect! It helps with my digestion and tastes delicious! No weird aftertaste!

I wear a Stelo CGM . Mostly just to remind me when I don't keep my carbs low. In the pics you see the buttered sourdough Dojoy bread I ate at 9:30 today and you can see the results from my CGM for the next 2 hours. The very slight rise may or may not have come from the bread, blood glucose fluctuates all day everyday. It's the large spikes that you are looking to avoid....This Dohjoy bread has made eating a pleasure again! For the past 2.5 years I have tried every low carb bread out there and until Dohjoy I never bought a second loaf! Now I am eating 1-2 loaves per week. Thanks Julie
