All of our products have 7-12 days shelf life from the time they depart our facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. This can be influenced by factors such as heat and handling in transit. We recommend freezing anything you don't plan to eat immediately upon receipt. For our West coast customers, we will not ship anything over 4 business days, so we will hold your orders until they can ship on Monday of a non-holiday week unless you choose faster shipping.
