It's so delicious, you'll forget it's also packed with incredible nutrition. Compared to regular sourdough bread, it has 5X more protein, 15X more fiber and 60 percent fewer calories - and under 1 net carb per slice.

Ingredients: Resistant Wheat Starch, Water, Wheat Protein Isolate, Sunflower Seeds, Coconut Oil, Sunflower Protein, Yeast, Apple Cider Vinegar, Sea Salt, Diastatic Malt, Monocalcium Phosphate (for Leavening), Cultured Dextrose (Natural Preservative), Guar Gum. CONTAINS: WHEAT.

All of our products have 8-12 days shelf life from the time they depart our facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. This can be influenced by factors such as heat, humidity and handling in transit. We recommend freezing anything you don't plan to eat immediately upon receipt. We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays ONLY, to help ensure freshness upon delivery. Local and some expedited orders may ship Wednesday.

Delicious!

I heard about Dohjoy from a social media group and when I ordered I was so happy with how large the slices are and how delicious it was. I will definitely be ordering more after I finish this order.

Disappointed

I may be spoiled on sourdough bread because it did not have a lot of flavor I expected. I purchased it for its health value but my husband wouldn’t even eat it. Also, with no preservatives it grew mold in a few days. Not sure what I will do with the other loaf and 2 other loaves with seeds. Currently in freezer!

Unfortunately, we cannot totally replicate the taste and texture of sourdough because of the absence of sugar in our recipe. (Sourdough fermentation requires the sugar found naturally in wheat). The macros are amazing, so have yourself a bunch of sandwiches for all that extra protein and fiber. :) You'll find the bread thaws beauitfully from frozen, so that is definitely the best way to keep it fresh.
