Sourdough Bread

I’ve tried so many low carb bread because I’m a diabetic but many tasted nasty and/or raised my blood sugar. This! This right here tasted amazingly good and did not spike my sugar levels. Here I come avocado toast, tuna melt, and so many more! Thank you for this awesome product!

Keeps Blood sugar low

Not For me taste to much like cardboard. Giving it 2 stars because the net carbs and fibers keep blood sugar even no spikes. I only ate it 2 times and couldnt get past the taste personally
