loce The taste and the fact it doesn’t spike my blood sugar!

Being type 2 diabetic I’ve looked for a bread that not only taste good but doesn’t mess with my blood sugar. I tested it a few times and starting with a blood sugar of 136 then had 4 pieces of bread with butter only and 1-1/2 hour later my blood sugar was stable at 147. Normally I have a much more dramatic increase with bread. Even your store bought low/no carb bread. And it taste great!
